Kristie Mah clothing does not accept returns. Exchange for another item or store credit only.
All items are made-to-order from receipt of purchase. Please look over the measurements provided to ensure you are ordering the correct size.
CUSTOM ORDERS are made-to-measure. These will include direct messaging or emails from Kristie to discuss and confirm all details.It is understood that your order is what you had discussed with Kristie and was made specific to the measurements you provided. With that said, there is always room for error and Kristie's top priority is customer service. All details will be discussed to find a solution to a specific problem if it arises.
If there is a reason to return an item, please notify: infokristiemahclothing@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order, with reasons of return. You will be given an exchange or store credit for the amount of the item ( excluding shipping ). Item will have to be shipped back within that same week of receiving it. Shipping will not be refunded. Only items that are unworn, unwashed and unscented will be received as an exchange or a return with store credit.
