Shipping policy

All items purchased, are on a Made-to-Order basis once your order has been received. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your handmade item to ship. 

All orders that are pre-made ( which will be stated in description of each item within the shop ), will be shipped out within three days of purchasing.

For CUSTOM ORDERS, you will be sent an email from Kristie to discuss the timeline on your order and when to expect shipping. These have a general timeline of 2 to 4 weeks, depending on what has been ordered.

SHIPPING IN CANADA & UNITED STATES

Shipping will be sent Expedited through Canada Post and will include tracking.

LOCAL PICK-UP OPTION

All orders have a local pick-up option in Wolseley. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your order to be ready for pick up at this location. 

If you would like to pick up your order from the studio at 90 Annabella, please email Kristie and make an appointment.
